Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Anniston, Alabama will hold a hearing in the Conference Room of the Anniston City Hall building located at 1128 Gurnee Avenue in Anniston, Alabama at 5:30 PM on the 21st day of May 2015.
At the hearing, the Zoning Board of Adjustment will hear evidence on behalf of:
(1) Case # 2015-01
- Property located at 301 West 15th Street belonging to Roland P. Brown of Anniston Soup Bowl. The owner is requesting a use variance to accommodate a social service facility.
(2) Case # 2015-02
- Property located at 2031 Noble Street belonging to Chris Baxter of World Investments. The owner is requesting a use variance to accommodate residential occupancy.
All interested persons are invited to attend, present evidence and ask questions relating to the application.
