We're going back to this beautiful and historic part of Turkey, this time to Onuncu Köy, a small hotel in a lovely situation just 15 minutes walk from the beach at Adrasan. Heliotrope Yoga Holidays organise this yoga week wonderfully well; go to their nice website to find out more or to book.
The yoga space is a purpose built, wooden-floored studio with a view of mountains and sea (and air-conditioning if needed). It is nicely equipped with yoga equipment, so you don't have to bring your own. We had a great time there in 2012, and are really looking forward to returning.
The bedrooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, and set in peaceful gardens. The food is fresh and delicious, there are interesting places to visit nearby, a nice swimming pool, and the warm, clear waters of the Mediterranean a short walk away.
Ros will be teaching two classes a day, and the week is open to all levels of experience in yoga. It's inspiring how well it seems to work having beginners and yoga veterans or teachers all practising and learning alongside each other.
Besides the yoga and accommodation, included in the amazingly low price of £480 are two big meals each day, so all you need to add is the cost of drinks and travel. You can also bring holiday companions who don't join in the yoga (that's even cheaper). Ask here, or by message, if you have any questions, and feel free to post on this page if you want to tell us of cheap flights or interesting things about the area.
