Put off the Australian winter and join Tam for a Spanish summer. This small group 7 day yoga and walking holiday will nourish your mind, body and soul.
Tam will be teaching the daily yoga classes - in the morning before breakfast we will have a gentle stretch with some guided pranayama and meditation. We will venture out for our walk and return in time for lunch. Following a siesta and lounge around the pool we will gather for a late afternoon asana practice. In the small group this practice will be very individualised and cater to the unique needs of the students (beginners and advanced yogi's very welcome!) The yoga practice and the walking together encourage aspects of mindfulness and concentration to try to simply stay present at all times during the day.
