This week we are happy to welcome back Annamarie Weddle! Annamarie teaches yoga all over Hagoyah HairYoga, Unity Temple on the Plaza, Waldo Library, Bell Yoga Studio, etc.), and we're delighted to have her teach her second class of the spring!
Last time Annamarie taught, we packed the park to the tune of 200+ yogis, so let's see if we can give her another big welcome!
If you haven't been to Yoga in the Park! Free @ The Nelson-Atkins this year, what are you waiting for? We will plan to meet on the south lawn of the Nelson, near the shuttlecocks. If this is your first time at Yoga in the Park, and you plan to park for free on the street, please come at least 15 minutes early, to allow time to find a spot and walk up.
You can come with nothing but yourself, and still participate, but here are a list of suggested supplies for maximum comfort and focus:
Bottle of water
Sweatband/bandana (to keep the sweat out of your eyes)
A small monetary offering, if you can afford it (voluntary donations only)
Please keep building this community by inviting your friends to join Yoga in the Park! Free @ The Nelson-Atkins. Facebook will not allow us to invite more people unless they join the group, so please get the word out by adding anyone that you think might be interested!
We had 100+ students last weekend, despite spotty weather. Yoga in the sunshine, among leafy trees and blue skies, is a beautiful thing. We want your energy, so please come join us!
