A class with a balanced mix of yang (heat/strength) and yin (restorative/calming/opening) poses. This is not "power yoga, and will definitely fall on the side of "feel good" yoga. Various styles of yoga are integrated to raise your energy, strengthen your body and open your joints while allowing your body to cool and rest between challenges. We laugh together and try new things. You will gently grow stronger and leave relaxed, more open, spiritually uplifted. Oh & did we mention, we practice in nature! Outside under the sky with earth beneath our feet! Just yummy. Variations will be offered so all levels including beginners welcome.
