The Young Entrepreneurs Society along with IMPACT Social Enterprise are excited to announce that we will be hosting a panel of speakers on the topic of Social Enterprise.
The speakers we have lined up for this event include:
Clary Castrission, Founder & CEO, 40K Group
Clary was accidentally turned into a social entrepreneur when he was studying law at the University of Technology. For his work associated with 40K, he has been awarded the Commonwealth Day Award for Citizenship (2009), the Australia-India Friendship Award (2012), a Medal in the General Division of the Order of Australia (2014) and was one of three Young Australian of the Year State Finalists (2011).
Paul Brown, Co-founder & General Manager, Jigsaw Business Solutions
Jigsaw Business Solutions is one of Australia's most dynamic and innovative employers of people with a disability. It is a social enterprise that provides high quality outsourcing services to corporates and governments.
Paul has developed an extensive background in behavioural management in the UK. His own educational background is in media, and he specialises in media & marketing and program development. As the head of Jigsaw Business Solutions, Paul is passionate about developing the active participation of interns.
Josh Shukor, Chef, Lentil As Anything
Lentil as Anything is a not-for-profit organisation that believes in the power of humanity to create stupendous change. Their philosophy has been working successfully for over 13 years now, with long-standing vegetarian restaurants in Abbotsford Convent, St Kilda, Footscray, Preston and Newtown, and a growing involvement in education and ongoing community projects.
