The Hon. Senator Michaelia Cash has set aside an evening to host drinks with the WA Liberal Students for all members.
Prior to being first elected in the 2007 federal election Cash had been a long-standing member of the Liberal Party of WA. She was an executive member of the Curtin University Liberal Club from 1988 to 1990 and then the Western Australian Young Liberals, where she held numerous positions including State Vice-President.
After the election of the Abbott Coalition Government in September 2013, Cash was sworn in as the Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, as well as the Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for Women.
We don't care if you're a fresher or a veteran on the campaign trail, please come and join us for what will be a wonderful evening and a great opportunity to meet some fellow liberal students from across the state.
There will be food and drinks provided. Be sure not to miss out!
Date: Monday 18th May
Please RSVP to Nicole at firstname.lastname@example.org
P.S. Be sure to bring your non-liberal friends who enjoy sundowners and we can sign them up on the night!
