Be sure to watch for the next class in the series in July, Raw Foods Uncooking Class :) What: Learn how to prepare what I lovingly refer to as "transition" plant based meals your entire family will love! Transition meals are those that ease the shift to including more vegan food choices in ones diet. From an omnivorous diet , a vegetarian diet that includes eggs and dairy, or from a primarily cooked vegan diet, this class will teach you how to bridge the gap to wherever you want to shift to! Join me in my kitchen as we co-create a wonderful vegan 3 course dinner, complete with drink, main entree and dessert!
