2/20/15: Vaping Convention Circuit is proud to officially announce #VCCPA15! We already have some excellent companies in the process of registering!! VCC will fill this 82,000+ sqft hall with an amazing variety of the latest in THR products, from batteries of every shape and size, MODs, tanks, eliquids, accessories, and more from great vendors all over the world!
HOTEL UPDATE: #VCC now has a limited discounted room block at the DoubleTree Downtown Pittsburgh for $145.00/night for #VCCPA15. #Vaping policy is: Permitted in guest rooms, Prohibited in all public spaces of the hotel. There is free WiFi, discounted parking, and a free shuttle to the convention center from the hotel that runs 7am-11pm (it's a 5-10 minute walk if you don't want to take the shuttle). There is a Pirates/Phillies series in #Pittsburgh that weekend, so hotel rooms will be at a premium...I recommend reserving this great rate ASAP!! -Kevin

During the B2B session, exhibitors and those with B2B badges (must be a vaping industry related business owner / manager / employee to purchase) can enter the convention hall and network with other businesses (give samples, try products, make deals, etc.) without the general public's presence. However, after the B2B session, B2B badge holders will not be allowed to pass out samples / sell to the general public, just those exhibiting. VCCPA15 badges are now available for those non-exhibiting vaping related businesses that would like to attend the B2B session Saturday June 13, 2015 from 9a-12 noon. This event is for those 18 years of age and up only...IDs will be checked upon entrance; if anyone is not at least 18 by the date of the event, they will not be admitted (this also excludes minors accompanied by adults, please make alternate arrangements for minors if you plan to attend).
Instructional courses schedule will be posted at the event.
**NOTICE** Any person and/or company selling items (or giving away samples) who is not a paid vendor with a booth, or an employee thereof, in compliance with vendor agreements and VCC rules will be escorted out of the event by security. Not only is it unfair to paying vendors, but people that didn't sign vendor booth agreements are exposing VCC and the convention center to liability.
