This afternoon workshop will be a chance for you to unwind tension patterns from your body and mind. Focus will be on releasing common tension patterns like the neck, shoulders and hips.
The practice will begin with a guided Mindfulness meditation, followed by a slow heat-building flow to start working out the kinks.
You will explore alignment that encourages a balanced way of moving with intelligent anatomical explanations. Ending with a Restorative sequence to leave your mind in a state of ease to match your body. Sarah specialises in combining Vinyasa with Restorative Yoga to give you a well-balanced and grounded experience.
