Know anything about UFOlogy? (Yes, we mean the science of UFOs)
Neither do we! But thanks to Bob Spearing we're about to get an education in a phenomenon that has been happening in both Camden and Gloucester Counties for several years - Orange Orbs.
Here's a brief description in Bob's own words:
"In short,Orange/Red Orbs have been haunting our skies for hundreds of years. There is a plethora of photo and video evidence concerning them and I have a huge collection of newspaper clippings from the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries detailing their sightings. In World War II these orbs were called FOO Fighters and they chased our fighter planes harmlessly over Germany and the Pacific. No one knows what they are but they exhibit many specific behaviors. In 2014, in Paulsboro and Sewell there were two "Close Encounters of The Third Kind" with these objects. Close up, people describe them as balls of churning plasma about four feet in diameter surrounded by an almost invisible bell shaped membrane. From a distance they appear as fiery circles of light. They are nocturnal. They fly solo or in formations of up to 50 and appear to be attracted bodies of water high in phosphorus, such as the Mantua Creek. The Orbs are silent and can hover motionless for hours and fly in excess of 800 miles per hour without causing a sonic boom. Fighter jets have been reported chasing them."
And that's just for starters! Sure sounds interesting. Hope we'll see you here!
