WATER IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY: Bill Tweed is the retired Sequoia/ Kings Canyon National Park chief naturalist. He is renowned for his biweekly column in the VisaliaTimes Delta and is highly informative. Bill will speak about the natural history of water in the Central Valley. He will have some thoughts about how to approach our growing water crisis. Meeting is at 7pm at Tulare Co Office of Education, 2637 West Burrel at Woodland in Visalia.
