On Saturday, June 13, 2015, from 4:00-10:00 p.m., the 14th Annual Tremont Trek: 2015 Home Tour will take place as a benefit created by a neighborhood coalition to raise funds to improve and enhance the quality of life in Tremont for residents, business owners, and visitors.
Offering rare peeks into six private homes in Cleveland’s historic Tremont neighborhood, this progressive dinner party will feature six of Tremont’s finest restaurants each serving guests a different course at each home. Tremont restaurants supply all food. Wine Trends, an Ohio distributor focused on emerging brands to include luxury and artisan wines, will provide wines that match the restaurant’s tastes.
New for 2015: We will be featuring beer at the preparty and the homes!
Due to the location of homes each group will have it's own trolley NO WALKING!
Houses on the tour include an eclectic mix showcasing Tremont’s unique character, old and new:
A splendid painted pink lady Victorian mansion on West 14th Street.
A new townhome with a wonderful view.
A brand new contemporary green home located in the heart of Tremont.
A brand new contemporary home just built by one of last year’s homeowners.
A penthouse in the Fairmount Creamery Building and a tour of Tremont Athletic Club.
A recently updated unit in Grove Court in Duck Island - one of the first Condominium projects in Cleveland built in 1985. Amazing views of the flats, downtown and Lorain Bridge.
The pre party kicks off at 4 p.m. at The Grand Ball Room located at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church located at 2187 West 14th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113. The party will feature entertainment by Lounge Kitty.
Beer & Wines are selected by Wine Trends and featured tastes at the pre-party may include: The Southside, Treehouse, Prosperity Social Club, Tremont Tap House, Bourbon Street Barrel Room, Grumpy’s Café and coffee by Civilization.
The progressive dinner party & wine tasting provides a different course at each home as guests are guided around via Lolly the Trolley at about 6 pm. Restaurants include: Ty Fun, Dante, Fat Cats, Parallax, Press Wine Bar and Lolita.
The tour wraps up around 9:15pm when groups are guided back to the Grand Ballroom to pick up there desserts to go from Lilly Handmade Chocolate and A Cookie & A Cupcake. Guests will have the option of heading back out into Tremont to continue the party.
The tour is limited to 250 persons and sells out quickly.

After your reservation is confirmed by Jim, make your check payable to Tremont West Development Corporation and mail to Tremont Trek c/o TWDC, 2406 Professor Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113.
You may also hand deliver your check or cash. No booking fees will charged for cash or check payment. Your tickets can then be emailed or mailed to you.
Payment for all Tremont Trek processed tickets must be payed in full within 72 hours to hold your reservation as tickets are always in high demand.
Tickets are $120 per person in advance, $150 at the door, if available. The tour is limited to 250 guests and every year since its inception has sold out quickly.
