Derby City CrossFit's "Toughest Two Minutes" is a Kentucky Derby themed, two-person, same-sex partner, intermediate-level competition with at least 6 sprint-style WODs to determine the overall champions. The competition will kick off at 9am on Saturday, May 16. Cash prizes will be available for the Top 3 teams in the Male & Female divisions.
It is suggested that both members of the team be able to complete the following minimum work requirements. Scaling options are listed.

Box Jumps - 24/20"
1-Arm KB Snatch - 53/35lbs (Scaled: AKBS)
Wallballs - 20/14# to 10/9'
Deadlift - Up to 225/145lbs (Scaled: 185/115)
Clean - Up to 225/145lbs (Scaled: 155/95)
Shoulder to Overhead - 135/85 (Scaled: 95/65)
Thruster - Up to 115/75lbs
Handstand Pushup (Scaled: HRPU)
