I hope this finds you all well and you are each surviving the winter season - spring is near, one can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel! I am writing and reaching out because I am about to begin a journey this new season! The company I work for, MZ Wallace, has formed a small team and will be partaking in the TnT ( "Team in Training") Spartan Race for the Cure against Leukemia and Lymphoma. The race takes place on June 6th, and our training starts now! It will be an intense 3.5 mile course with 15+ obstacles on the side of Tuxedo Ridge Mountain.
Each team member is responsible for fundraising $650 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. So, I am soliciting your help in my efforts! In the short time we've been working with LLS, I've learned about many amazing new treatment options they are testing - including one that actually uses the HIV virus to train T cells to attack the cancer, and it has saved lives!
If anyone can and would like to donate (even a dollar helps!) I would be forever grateful. I will give you the link to my Fundraising website for TnT, and you can also see my Team's page through that as well.
You can learn more about TnT, the Race, and the LLS cause here:
I am hoping to be able to reach my goal and then some - and truly any amount helps (even $1!) if you are able!
