Tim Kerr QC is a leader in government law, education law, administrative law and sports arbitration, both domestic and international.
His clients have included major sports governing bodies including the Football Association, the FA Premier League, the England and Wales Cricket Board, the Rugby Football Union, the International Cricket Council, the International Tennis Federation, five Premiership football clubs (including Chelsea and Tottenham), various Premiership rugby union clubs and individual competitors including Lennox Lewis, Nicolas Anelka and Jenson Button.
He is well known as a versatile advocate, adviser, investigator and arbitrator. He sits as a Deputy High Court Judge in the Chancery Division and as a Recorder in civil and criminal cases. His practice at the Bar blends traditional advocacy and advisory work with investigations and arbitrations.
