For millennia Tibetan yogis have practiced an intense Yoga based on various breathing techniques. Mastering inner physical energies through these techniques strongly support meditation as well as mental and physical well-being. In this class, breathing techniques will be taught along with basic guidelines for improving health and happiness.
On the day of class come on an empty stomach (don't eat after lunch), drink only hot water, wear comfortable clothes.
Schedule: Wednesday, May 20, Tibetan Breathing Yoga, 7:00pm-9:00pm.
Suggested Donation:* $20.
*Events at Bodhi Path are open to everyone. Lack of means to make a contribution is never a reason to stay away.
