What does it mean to truly live our yoga? Let’s get this conversation started with a simple practice of seated postures, hip opening and meditation enlivened with a healthy dose of curiosity and a willingness to enter into dialogue.
THE WITNESS & THE WARRIOR
Saturday June 6th 1:00-4:00pm – $50
A strong practice of standing poses, backbends and simple arm balances designed to support us in building our capacity for steadiness in the midst of effort, and strengthen our willingness to act when change is needed.
Saturday June 6th 7:00-9:00pm – $35
A deep practice of hip openers and forward bends to take us right to the heart of the matter, to the place where honest questions can be asked, and sincere answers can be received.

Showing Up On The Teacher’s Path
Sunday June 7th 2:00-5:00pm – $50
In this special talk shop for teachers Christine and Natalie will offer support and inspiration on the essentials of skilful teaching such as mindful sequencing, conscious use of language, and the art of observation and response. But more than just a workshop on the technical aspects of teaching, you can expect to be encouraged to ask deeper questions surrounding the Why that informs who you truly are as a teacher. Handouts will be given to support ongoing refinement and inquiry.
Christine www.christinepriceclark.com and Natalie www.natalierousseau.com will bring their combined 27 years of teaching experience, and the weight of their own deep passion for practice to this offering. Both known for being teacher’s teachers, you can expect their classes to be rich with intention, skilful in execution, and loving in expression.
2 hour evening session: $35
3 hour daytime session: $50
