Hartley Hall, Flower Lane, Mill Hill, NW7 2JA
We are delighted to open this year’s festival at the recently rebuilt Hartley Hall and are equally excited to once again play host to this wonderful 40+ piece brass ensemble. The Hendon Salvation Army Band was formed in 1882 with the purpose of assisting with worship and to hold ‘open air’ services in the area to attract new worshippers in the district. The band now travels extensively in the United Kingdom and has been able to play further afield in Europe, Canada and America - playing at the famous Hollywood Rose Bowl. Renowned for their high quality music The Hendon Band of Salvation Army, under the leadership of Dr Stephen Cobb, will be playing from their large repertoire of brass, contemporary, swing and classical pieces.
Tickets: £8 (+£1 online admin fee per ticket). Light refreshment available.
