THE FITNESS & DIET CLOCK EXPLAINED It is a 4 week course that lasts for 90 minutes each week. During this time you do exercise in a circuit format of a clock with different exercises to your own ability. Then each person has a private weigh-in. A 4 week goal is set and broken down to weekly ones (e.g. I would like to lose 8lb in 4 weeks next week I am going to lose 1.5lb) Then a weekly group discussion is held on nutrition which is very important. Your diets are emailed to you(or additional £5 PRINT OUT PACK OF ALL DIETS) dependent on your conditions,medication etc to follow. You have a total of 4 diets in 4 weeks and it is run by a qualified personal trainer. You also have FREE access to attend the exercise part only of any other running clock for the duration of your course. The cost is £30 places need to be paid to secure each place because it must have 5 people to run and sold out at 12 people. All places need to be booked and paid for prior.
