Interval based workout. Some shorts bursts of running or jogging mixed strength exercises. Followed by an Afterburn of the zone of the week! (I.e. abs, legs, etc)
Modifications and advanced exercise options are available for every exercise. All levels are welcome. Choose your level and go at your own pace!
Meet outside the tennis courts.
Trails are easy terrain. Trail specific sneakers may be helpful, but not necessary.
Exercises are done in grassy areas.
Feel free to invite a friend!
I suggest you bring water and bug spray.
