Are you looking for motivation to exercise or a new fun and exciting fitness challenge? We are currently putting a team together to participate in the Raw Challenge at Barrington Tops on May 23. The Raw Challenge is an obstacle race that covers a distance of 8km. To help participants prepare for the race we will be holding team training sessions (endurance bootcamps) twice a week for 8 weeks. Team training starts March 24. Participants must be committed to team training sessions and be willing to have fun at all costs!
