Taste of Grampian, the one-day food and drink festival is a great day out for all the family. This popular annual event allows visitors to discover and sample the wide range of high quality food and drink products from Grampian in the North East of Scotland to visitors from throughout Scotland.
Local producers invite you to taste and buy the finest smoked salmon, mouth-watering shortbread, delicious ice-cream, sumptuous prime roast beef,creamy fudge and maybe a dram or two of the best Scottish whisky’s from local distilleries and much more.
The festival programme also includes music, children’s entertainment, arts & crafts, cookery competitions and demonstrations and our celebrity chefs and guests will ensure a fun packed day for all.

Brewfest – Come and sample from a delicious range of locally sourced draft and bottled beers, gins, whisky’s and wines in our Brewfest marquee and relax in our beer garden while enjoying the produce on sale.
Competitions – Fancy yourself as a chef? Enter our Scotch Beef Aspiring Chef competition for your chance to win a Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland Scholarship tailored to your future career, a £200 voucher for appropriate kitchen equipment, a signed cook book and of course, the accolade of winning this prestigious competition!

Join us again on Saturday 6th June 2015 between 9.30am and 4.30pm at the Thainstone Centre, close to Aberdeen and celebrate the richness and diversity of Grampian’s larder. Car parking is £5 and entrance to this fantastic event is FREE of charge for all visitors.
