Syntax, the teenage band who rocked South East London in the late 80s and early 90s are reforming for one night only on 13th June at Blackheath Halls!
You may have been there when they played the same venue back in 1989 or in various other gigs around that time in which case this is a one-off opportunity to relive those crazy, crazy, CRAZY nights!
If you missed them first time around Nathan Cooper, Matt Klose, Gabriel Prokofiev, David Schweitzer, John Williamson and Sean Myers entertained screaming teenagers with songs like Dull In the Country, CityLife, Arabia, and Goldfish Bowl. Whether or not this is the start of the long march back to the fame that cruelly eluded them as teenagers, or a nostalgic trip down a (new) romantic memory lane remains to be seen, but it would be great if you were able to come.
The night is also David (from Syntax) and his wife Mary’s 40th birthday party, so is a private non-ticketed (e.g. Free!) event... We want to get an idea of how many people will come, so please only click that you are attending if you really mean to come along!
THE TIME: 7.30pm (live music from 8.15pm)
THE DATE: Saturday 13th June 2015
THE PLACE: Blackheath Halls, SE3 9RQ (Blackheath BR)
