When we come together to learn to meditate, affirm ourselves, and align our bodies with mind – we not only better ourselves but we begin to better every living thing around us, while shedding the things in our lives that no longer serve purpose or support life.
Meditation is followed by WOMB Yoga that is strengthening and toning to the mind and body – for the mind and body are intimately connected and desire to be synchronized... - so that we are living the lives we choose to live.
Womb Yoga hosted by Serayah Yah Prevails Israel is different than traditional Yoga as it combines Hatha Yoga with postures that strengthen and support womb wellness. The poses tie us into our femininity in deeper ways by honoring and respecting the womb as channels to power, creativity, and beauty.
Meditation is hosted by Nzingha Byrd using ancient and modern tools such as Mantras, Journaling, Smudging, Positive Vibrations and Sisterhood!
