Enjoy a new yoga experience on a SUP | Challenge your balance & deepen your practice | Have fun!
Experience the peace, serenity, and challenge of a floating yoga practice on a stand up paddle board (SUP)! This 90-minute workshop is a fusion of yoga and the outdoors, testing your balance as you focus in on your breath and flow from pose to pose on a paddle board.
You will start with a 15-minute scenic paddle, followed by a playful 60-minute flow on the paddle board. Enjoy the sounds of the water lapping against the board as you drift into a centering sivanasa before paddling back to shore.
The workshop is limited to 8 people to ensure a personal experience and individualized instruction. Spaces will fill up quickly, so be sure to reserve your space today!
To ensure an amazing experience:
* Bring water, a towel, and a waterproof container for personal items
* Wear comfortable clothing for yoga on a paddle board, sunscreen, sunglasses with a safety band and water shoes (optional)

Check in with the instructor when you arrive to get a parking pass, which is included in your workshop fee.

Be prepared to get wet, laugh a lot, and have fun! Beginners/all levels are welcome. Must know how to swim!

Inclement Weather Policy:
We check the weather forecast frequently and if there is a safety issue, we will cancel the class and notify you via email. If the workshop is cancelled due to inclement weather, your workshop fee will be credited to your Roswell Yoga Life account.
