Julie's foundation series introduces students to 5 basic postures each week in a workshop style class format. Poses are broken down, explained, demonstrated, practiced, and individual attention can be received.
This program is not just for newbies !
Students will learn:
1. 30 essential yoga poses
2. Skilled alignment and form of each pose including the use of props and modifications / adjustments if needed
3. Basic Sanskrit terminology, yoga jargon, and prop education.
4. Basic breathing practices and simple meditation techniques
