Power yoga is about so much more than a fast pace flowing sequence, it’s about a balance between strength and flexibility. Most of us are
‘more flexible’ or ‘more strong’…. the strong poses require stamina and a contraction of the primary muscle whilst the poses that need flexibility require openness and length.
In this workshop you will find a balance between the two, where strength and length are interrelated and dependent on each other. We will play with
dynamic muscle contraction on one side of a joint to lengthen the opposite muscle taking us deeper in to the poses and increasing both strength and flexibility simultaneously.
