People in our society live with the belief that the existence of experts would by default mean certain topics are completely out of their grasp and they cannot question them.
STEM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics
The main focus of this meetup is to discuss about scientific literacy of people in society and how people use or refrain to use them.
Why is science literacy important. How does it matter. And what are the ways to flare the curiosity of the people and start asking questions rather than blindly following any information.
Other than that it would be great fun to hang out with people interested in Science and have a nice long chat.
Hope to see you for the meet.
