SPIRITUAL JOURNEY – REKINDLING YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD

These sessions, led by Br. Kevin, are for anyone wanting to find a relationship with God, especially those feeling lost. The focus of these sessions will be on your personal connection to God, and how to develop and nurture your relationship with God.
Each class will begin with meditation, taking time to slow down and let go of the demands of the day. We will be using the book The Holy Longing: The Search for a Christian Spirituality, by Ronald Rolheiser (you can purchase it on Amazon) and the music of David Koffman.
Brother Kevin Dismas Moshier, fsp is a Friar of the Sick Poor of Los Angeles California. For the past four years he has served as an Inter Faith Chaplain with a back ground in Palliative Care and a certification as a Grief Recovery Specialist at Los Angeles County/ University of Southern California Medical Center. Additional responsibilities as a chaplain at Homeboys Industries and working with youth in crisis, 12-17 year old in LA County Detention facility, in Commerce California. Currently serves as the Guest Outreach Coordinator at the Brother Benno Foundation providing care to the sick poor and marginalize community of Northern San Diego County. Prior to Religious life he was married for thirty-one years, and has three grown children and seven grandchildren.
