A late night reading in celebration of the queer community, John Mortara's new book SOME PLANET, and the start of summer heat. JOHN MORTARA is a witchy queer, trans advocate, sad unicorn, moon bridge from boston, massachusetts. their new book of poetry is called 'some planet' and is out from yesyes books. john mortara operates and was recently selected for a pre-approved credit card. john mortara is poet laureate of FEELING VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. FRANCISCO MARQUEZ is a poet from Maracaibo, Venezuela. He has work in Assaracus, Hoot, and The Kudzu Review. He interns and reads at The Southeast Review. ELI CASTRO is a queer fake-fancy goblin babe and folk tale aficionado from Miami. They are in love with the turnpike. So very very in love. Their work can be found in the upcoming issue of the Zoomoozophone Review and yes, they are happy with their current phone service provider. LO POHOLEK is from a town in Central Florida with five Walmarts and no bookstores. Their poetry focuses on a gendered interaction with the world and what it means to be trans/queer/a body/a thing/a place/a person who loves too much. Most recently, they have work at Electric Cereal and forthcoming in Zoomoozophone Review. They are excited and terrified and hope that you'll come.
