On Monday 8th June 2015, Black History Studies presents the screening of '7 A.M: A Documentary' & DVD LAUNCH Directed by Jason Black (The Black Authority), 7 A.M. is the first in-depth documentary focusing on Black socioeconomics and why our lack of business ownership is at the root of our state of poverty and political alienation. We speak to academics, activists, best selling authors and entrepreneurs for a critical insight into why entrepreneurship is the only thing that will solve our crisis. The documentary features contributions from Dr. Claud Anderson, Dr Umar Johnson, Shalamar Blakely, A'Leila Bundles, Morris Levine, Brett Pulley and Don Peebles. Black History Studies will be the official distributor of the DVDs in the UK and Europe. The theatrical release version and the 2-Disc set with Extras DVDs will be on sale on the night (prices to be confirmed). A SCREENING NOT TO BE MISSED!! This screening will take place on MONDAY 8TH JUNE 2015 from 7.00pm to 9.30pm. The event will be held at the PCS Headquarters, 160 Falcon Road, Clapham Junction, London SW11 2LN, (3 minutes walk from Clapham Junction mainline station. Buses to the venue 35, 37, 39, 49, 77, 87, 156, 70, 219, 239, 295, 319, 337, 334, 345, C3, G1). Doors open at 6.30pm. The screening will start 7pm sharp! Hot food will be on sale. Admission will be £5 per person (payable on the door, cash payments only). Children under 16 are FREE. Not a loyalty card event. PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY. Places for this event is limited so if you are interested in attending please reply as soon as possible to acknowledge your place.
