Saturday Morning Workouts

Starting Saturday May 16th I will be hosting a drop in workout from 10am-11am. You do not have to commit weekly to this, you can come whenever you are available. This will be a great way to supplement your gym visits. We will be working out outside, using anything from your own bodyweight to medicine balls. Feel free to bring a friend!
