San Pedro Shred is back again this year and free for all skaters and families.
"San Pedro Shred has been in existence for a mere two years, but the skateboard festival is already the coolest reason to visit the harbor area," wrote the LA Weekly. The summer event, which last year went down on June 14, features a half-pipe, a street course, the Freeride Hill — where skaters descend the back of Gaffey Street toward Point Fermin. All areas are open to the public, and admission is free. If an all-day skateboard festival overlooking the harbor isn't enough, the event comes with live music, food trucks and vendors.
Thank you to the Port of Los Angeles for their continued sponsorship of SHRED!
