Come along, sign up and get fit for summer! Fun, friendly and free! This is exercise with a difference. Join us in South Queensferry for 2 sessions per week on Monday and Wednesday evenings. You will receive support and encouragement along with a body composition analysis prior to starting, and then we'll monitor your fitness as it progresses over the 4 week period. The feedback from other sessions accross the country has been fabulous....looking forward to seeing you there!
