Redlodge to Hunstanton
meeting at Redlodge at 8.30am leaving at 9.00am after a hearty breakfast 800 calories but you should be able to hit a thousand if you go large on everything, we then head out around Thetford and then onto the new added ford loop, after which we will rejoin the Thetford loop, and the first of the fuel stops at Weeting , with a quick bacon buttie refuel in the café ,
600 calories , fuelled up we head out towards swaffam and a short break at the Peddars way café , with some thing lighter on the menu ,a small all day breakfast around 700 calories , we will then rejoin the route with at trip around the outside of soigné wood and latterly onto peddars way for the final leg into Hunstanton ,
With Fish and Chips by the seaside only 799 calories, with a can of coke or soft drink of your choice ,that should bring you up to the thousand mark with a short break to aid digestion, after which we will start on the route back to Redlodge with a short stop for tea at peddars way café, a quick sticky bun and a tea 550 calories or 500 with out sugar in your tea,
We continue on the shorter route back to Redlodge, and we should now have a good strong tail wind, with the beans from earlier,
So a good pace should be maintained to avoid any lingering smells and complaints,
On arrival at Redlodge we will have a final refreshing cup of tea and a nice big slice of cake.
This run will should add around 1inch in Girth, unfortunately this will all be added to your waistline,
This calorie count, doe’s not include any snack’s you may wish to consume, mars bars are good for around 2- 300 calories so with a few rest stops added and a snack at each one , you could be greedy and go for the full 1 ½ inch in girth with the extra 1000 calories of snacks .

Expect to be back at Redlodge for 6.00 6.30pm, this route is a shorter version of the Raw Arse Run, but now with added sitting down time the next day.
A rough add up of calories should be around 5500 calories,
After which you can look forward to tea and your evening meal at home, calorie count unknown

I might be able to do a high fibre run, a little later on and vegan one is a good possibility as well .
