Pregnancy Yoga nurtures the pregnant woman as a whole person. It helps her develop physical strength and suppleness in safe and appropriate ways, whilst also providing tools for energy management, and mental and emotional wellbeing.
Pregnancy Yoga helps relieve the minor physical ailments, stress and anxiety commonly associated with pregnancy. It also empowers women to connect to inner wisdom and strength, and celebrates the wonderful aspects of being a pregnant woman.
Pregnancy Yoga classes provide deep nurture, restoration and relaxation for pregnant women. The practices promote calm, equanimity and wellbeing.
Who can come to pregnancy yoga classes?
Women who are more than 14-16 weeks pregnant.

Hannah Rose Tristram qualified as a Pregnancy Yoga teacher in June 2014 through training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
It is recommended for Pregnant Women to attend specialist Pregnancy Yoga classes rather than general yoga classes. Pregnancy Yoga is tailored specifically to pregnant women, and is safer and more beneficial for pregnant women than attending and modifying general classes.
