Much appreciation if you are able to share this event and invite others ~*~ .:. Welcome to join us in this inspiration to offer a Cacao Prayer Ceremony to raise funds to support the people in Nepal who have recently been affected by a devastating earthquake. We have received so richly from that part of our People and we feel called to support. Our sense is also that it’s a strong motivation for people to come into practice (whatever your personal practice/tradition is) and sacred ceremony, for the benefit of ALL BEINGS (and that includes YOU too!). There is a potent power generated when people come together through clear dedication, motivation and inspiration, with a deep longing to align as Truth, Love and genuine Benefit for All. So we are delighted to co-create this space with you through the offering of a simple opening ritual, the drinking of ceremonial chocolate (optional), dedication prayers, the creation of a live mandala and a delicious devotional sonic-scape music journey for dancing, movement meditation and nourishing rest in sacred space. Please bring a cushion to sit on, drinking water, some fruit to share and break fast with and a blanket for resting (optional). ** Content may be adjusted slightly according to what is most accurate and beneficial at the time :) EVERY ONE IS WELCOME! Contact Annu at annu@annutara.co.uk if you would like to join us in an evening of practice and play! All held with Great Love, tenderness, devotion, simplicity, compassion and care <3 About Ceremonial Chocolate: If you would like to take part in the drinking of Ceremonial Chocolate as part of our event, please follow the below preparations: • don’t eat for 3 hours prior to arriving at event • avoid caffeine, sugar stimulants and cow dairy products from lunch time onwards • bring extra drinking water with you • let us know you are participating so we have enough chocolate for you! Our practice will be supported and co-facilitated by the incredible plant medicine teacher of healing Ceremonial Cacao, which is alchemically blended with spices and high potency raw super foods. It is suitable for vegetarians and is gluten, nut, soya, dairy and sugar free. Ceremonial Chocolate is suitable for almost everyone to work with as a transformational facilitator. The only contra-indications are for those who have serious heart problems or if using anti-depressants. It’s important to stay well hydrated when working with cacao since it is a diuretic, so remember to drink plenty of water before, during and after chocolate ceremony work.
