Cardio and weights!
Bring at least 1 set of light weights- 1lb to 10lb.
We would suggest starting off with a light set until you can gauge how much you can handle. Feel free to bring 2 sets if you'd like. You will be doing alot of reps of certain moves, so heavy weights are NOT needed. Trust us!
Also bring a yoga mat or big towel to set your weights on!!! And of course water and a sweat towel ;)
