Contributions to Blumenauer Century Fund will be allocated as follows:
Blumenauer for Congress 80%
Committee for a Livable Future 20%
The first $2,700 of a person's contribution to Blumenauer for Congress will be considered designated for the primary election; and the second $2,700 of a person's contribution will be considered designated for the general election. The first $5,000 of a multi-candidate political committee to Blumenauer for Congress will be considered designated for the primary election, and the second $5,000 of a multi-candidate political committee's contribution will be considered designated to the general election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
