Join Alec Abbott and Becky Eschenroeder as they lead an inspiring, mixed-level, practice connecting mind, body, and breath with movement and intention. Then return to watch the Squirrels host the Bowie Baysox at 6 pm! Game admission is included in the ticket price.
This family-friendly event is open to all ages and levels – from experienced practitioners to young yogis-in-training. Modifications and amplifications will be provided.
Let’s fill the weekend with positive energy and celebrate one more reason RVA rocks! See you on the mat and later at bat!
This event will benefit Project Yoga Richmond's services to adults with Special Needs in our area. This is one of PYR's largest programs, with numbers served topping 1400 in 2014.
