Whether you sing or play an instrument, amateur or a professional, musician or a music fan - this event is for you!
The New York Jewish Music Festival (NYJMF) is a unique event featuring musicians of different ages exploring the Jewish identity and heritage in the performing arts. It will consist of the Audition for the participants and the actual festival, which is going to take place on June 7 and will be open to the public. Participants will also have an opportunity to receive certificates, cash prizes from $25-$100 and/or other special awards and the audience will of course get to enjoy all of the wonderful music presented during this event.

Viktoria Kurbatskaya - president of the Forte International Music Competition
Alla Milchtein - staff pianist at the Mannes College of The New School for Music
Dmitri Zisl Slepovitch, Ph.D. - multiinstrumentalist (reeds, keyboards), singer, composer, scholar, educator, and Yiddish activist
