Mummy Metafit is a 30 minute early morning class which uses body weight exercises to target the largest muscle groups in the body for greater effect. Mummy Metafit caters for all our mums, I provide low impact options for those mums getting back into exercise after having children, bring the kids along too! (YOU DON'T NEED TO BE A MUM TO ATTEND, YOU CAN COME TO GET FIT) Open to everyone else who is also interested in attending where moderate to high impact exercise will be shown as per a normal metafit class. $12 per person Bring the kids down and play in the park afterwards. Suitable for all ages, sizes, genders & fitness levels. :) Who should attend? Anyone who wants to get fit & stay fit, want to lose weight, get back into fitness, wants to be apart of a group exercise team, mums who want to get back into fitness, tone up and keep healthy. METAFIT WILL IMPROVE: • aerobic and anaerobic fitness • blood pressure • cardiovascular health • insulin sensitivity (which helps muscles to more readily use glucose for fuel to make energy) • cholesterol profiles • abdominal fat and body weight while maintaining muscle mass. Metafit training can easily be modified for people of all fitness levels and special conditions, such as overweight and diabetes. Don't be afraid to give Metafit a go.
