Good food knows no borders
Eetcafé Mulawan is a collective of people who combine their love for cooking and good food with an active solidarity with undocumented people. Every other Friday you can come to Mulawan and enjoy a 3-course vegan dinner for a solidarity price. On your plate you will find delicious dishes inspired by familiar and unfamiliar recipes from faraway places.
For us, Mulawan is not only charity, we are part of the struggle for a world without borders and nation states. A world in which people can choose themselves where they want to be, regardless of where they were born. We fight for freedom of movement for everyone, regardless of place of birth, descent, skin color, social status, gender, sexual preferences, religion or whatever distinction we got hammered in. Because of course: NO ONE IS ILLEGAL!
