Hey Weeples! I have a plan for a training plan for the next HH12hr in Temecula. If interested I'd like to set up a monthly training with rucks and running involved with a duration of at least 10 hrs. This in order to prepare us for a victory at the next event in September. My plan for a workout is to do something similiar to what we started off with. 301 burpees, carry a tire (48"), run 13 miles (trail and pavement), and then do all kinds of other funishment to our legs and minds.
This started off as a small group and has now evolved into a very cool event!! So if your down for the funishment, please come and join us!!
