We will be doing Murph (1mile run/100 pull-ups/200 push-ups/300 air squats/1 mile run). You can do this as an indivdual or team up with some friends. After Murph we will have a KIDS WOD and a Selfie- Scavenger hunt. Following these events we plan on grilling some food. If you would like a shirt this year you must sign up at themurphchallenge.com.
