“Time-Out Tuesdays” - May 19th through Sept. 1st
Choose ONE of 3- half hour sessions or stay for all 3!
Before lunch from Broken Tree or that coffee from Timshel...spend 30 minutes to take time out.
What you need to know...
What: A short time out mid-day to lose what you no longer need. Great for rejuvenation and rebooting! Outstanding for your physical and mental well-being and improving emotional intelligence!
When: Tuesdays May 19th through September 1st
11-11:30 a.m. - 10 minutes preparation and instruction, followed by 20 minutes of guided relaxation and meditation
11:30-noon – same as above
12:00-12:30 p.m. - quiet 30 minute meditation
Where: Anu Studio of Wellbeing Studio B upstairs across from Rooster Dreams
