London Contemporary Orchestra Soloists
London Contemporary Orchestra is fast establishing itself as one of the most innovative and dynamic ensembles on the London music scene. Known for its cross-arts collaborations, the LCO has worked alongside such artists as Jonny Greenwood (Radiohead), Belle & Sebastian, Matmos, United Visual Artists and Foals, with sell out shows at venues including The Roundhouse and Old Vic Tunnels. This performance will feature string players Galya Bisengalieva, Mira Benjamin, Robert Ames and Gregor Riddell both as soloists and together in a string quartet showcasing major 20/21 century works.
Programme includes works by: Laurence Crane, John Lely, Mica Levi, David Stephen Grant, Alfred Schnittke & Iannis Xenakis.
Doors open 2.30pm, music from 3pm
