For the first time in Bangalore, 5 day intensive Certification Program for Yoga Practitioners and Teachers: Infusing asana & pranayama with cosmic strength & wisdom.
Lila Yoga connects asana and vinyasa with Prana, so the individual body becomes a part of a cosmic size experience. Practitioners learn to connect to, and extend energy beyond the confines of their body. The result is incredibly clear alignment and sustainable, replenish-able strength. There is incredible ease and elegance to the Lila Yoga way of practicing that can be applied to all styles of yoga and dance.
