Find yourself struggling to get into arm balance postures. Thought to yourself: maybe I just don't have enough upper body strength. Or perhaps the more popular, my arms are too short. Well come experience the empowerment that comes from taking the world into your own hands and learning to lift off the ground. We will work different skill sets and learn proper alignment in a safe setting to finally move past those barriers that may have been holding you back. Arm balance combine strength with grace and give us the feeling that anything is possible!
